You have got to stop weighing yourself Jason. It does you no good whatsoever. Just do lots of running and ab/oblique focused excersizes and have a good diet and cut out all artificial sugar and you'll be fine. Diet is 80% of fitness. You're doing great. Keep it up.

Blue moon is also my favorite ice cream. And Superman, but they changed the name. I always get it when I go to Ohio. I am from Georgia but live in California. I would get just as excited as David did if I found Blue moon unexpectedly cause it’s hard to come across in a lot of states.

A one pound gain doesn't mean a thing. My weight can fluctuate 5 pounds based on eater intake and sodium in food. When I have my period I weight 8 pounds more than a week after my period. Weight can fluctuate and based on your body it's obvious that you've gained muscle and lost fat.
