That button is telling you systems probs low on coolant

Did you notice the rust bubbles poking under the Everflex roof covering, on the top right side of the rear windscreen? I don't even want to think what horrors lie under the vinyl. Also, thanks for the tour of the dashboard. It was a hilarious trip down memory lane, reminding us all of the Rolls-Royce school of "ergonomic dashboard design": open the driver's window, place a shopping cart full of switches and instruments outside the car and at a fifty-foot distance, and then proceed to start throwing them into the car.

The wierd button was to check if everything was ok with the car.
So it was telling you that you need to add more coolant

10:19 botton is a "systems test" botton. To be pressed every so often before one intends to travel in heavy traffic and long distances, so, press it every time you get in!

Doug, I really think that you need to rethink your Doug score system. What do I mean? ..Well, if it's an old car, then obviously it's going to have less features, or less electronics or luxuries than a new car, right?

So, you need to build in some kind of age quantize when you do your scoring. Because a 1912 Model A isn't really going to have that many features compared to a 2006 model.. conversely, a 1963 Jaguar might have been the height of luxury, and should be scored for that year - even if if it's not going to have the same features as the latest model.

So what you should do, is say well, for 1970 this had lots of features for its day - and therefore I'm going to score it 8 Out of 10.

You can't score apples to oranges, it just doesn't make sense in the real world. So if you quantize, make allowances for its age, and then score it accordingly. If it was fast for 1956, or 1978, then say so. because 240 horsepower back then and 7 seconds to 60 miles per hour, and knock on the door of 150 mph - was blisteringly quick in a Jaguar E-Type, and I would give it a 9 out of 10 because compared to the average car in 1968? They could barely even DO 60 miles per hour.

So Doug, give it some thought please, yeah?

Pushbutton handles were normal in the 1970s, even the 1980s.
Door locks are just a solenoid, moving mirrors would require a motor - do you really want a Lucas motor moving your mirrors? Are not Lucas Alternators, Lucas Windshield Wiper motors and Lucas Distributors punishment enough?

power locks ? well in 73 mercedes, citröen,etc. already had them since early 60´s but head rests is the first i saw with them, normally no head rest, but incredible confortable sofa´s,even good to sleep or other nocturnal activities ,also the first rolls that could be used as a family car or pre-family car ,a very nice sedan, the power can´t be used to make burn out´s but that´s the way they set the car to be ,the engine can be upgraded to do almost evrything ,that can be seen on the Bentley version of it, or any good mechanic can tune the engine to do whatever you want but from factory is very pleasant car, i own the rolls and the bentley, since they came out i wait for them to be at a afordable price ,it´s one of those perfect cars ,the suspenction was licensed by citröen ,it´s hidraulic ,regards (like "you put lipstick on a pig it doesn´t cease to be a pig" like this ,you put doug on a rolls he doesn´t cease to be doug)

Power locks were invented in 1914 Scripps Boothe, which I had no idea until I looked it up but what I did now is that they were very common in fifties American luxury cars Packard had them in 1956 in the whole lineup oh, and I know from personal experience that they had them on Imperials Chrysler's Cadillacs Etc before the turn of the sixties.
